Research Summary

The principal interests in my group are related to:
  • designing and investigating new catalyst systems which enhance activity and alter selectivity in particular reactions.
  • studying the effect of metal-support interactions on adsorption and catalytic behavior in these systems.
  • and developing and applying new techniques to characterize supported metal catalysts. These three approaches are typically integrated to allow us to maximize our understanding of the properties exhibited by these catalysts.
