Andrew Zydney named distinguished professor

Andrew Zydney has been conferred the status of distinguished professor in the College of Engineering, the highest professonial distinction in the college.

Zydney has been a faculty member in chemical engineering since 2002 and served as the chemical engineering department head from 2004 to 2014.

Zydney is a fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, and a member of the American Chemical Society, the American Society for Artificial Internal Organs, the American Society for Engineering Education and the North American Membrane Society.
